Japanese Kutani Kameta Hand-Painted Porcelain Plate, Taisho–Showa Period

A finely decorated Japanese Kutani porcelain plate, likely dating from the late Taisho to early Showa period, circa 1920s–1930s. The plate is hand-painted with a detailed figural scene surrounded by landscape vignettes, flowering plants and architectural elements. Iron-red enamels, black linework and gilt highlights are arranged within an ornate brocade-style border, creating the richly layered appearance associated with early 20th-century Kutani decorative porcelain.
