Easy, No-Questions Returns Policy

At Ancestral Antiques, we want you to feel confident when purchasing antique and vintage pieces online. If your item is not quite right for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

We offer an easy, no-questions returns policy to give our customers peace of mind when buying from us.

How Returns Work

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

• ✦The item is returned in the same condition as received
• ✦The item has not been damaged, altered, cleaned, repaired or modified
• ✦All original packaging, labels, tags and included documents are returned with the item where applicable
• ✦The item is securely packed for the return journey

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or significantly not as described.

For fragile, antique or high-value items, we strongly recommend using tracked and insured postage. Items must be packed carefully, as refunds can only be issued once the item has been safely returned and inspected.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and checked, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges, express postage upgrades, international shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and return postage are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

• ✦The packaging
• ✦The shipping label
• ✦Any visible damage to the box or wrapping

This helps us assess the issue quickly and assist with an appropriate resolution.

International Returns

International returns are accepted within the same 30-day return period. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, customs forms and any import or handling charges unless the item was damaged, faulty or significantly not as described.
