
Miniature Japanese Satsuma Moriage Vase Geisha Gilt Signed 佳 Taisho Era
An exquisite miniature Japanese Satsuma-style vase featuring a hand-painted female figure, likely a geisha, richly adorned in raised moriage enamel and thick gold detailing. The design includes vivid polychrome colors and a matte brown ground with stylized landscape and robe patterns. The base is marked with the single kanji 佳, commonly associated with Kutani ware from the early 20th century. A beautiful collectible piece from the Taisho to early Showa period.
