George IV Antique Sterling Silver Creamer London 1826 William Traise Footed Jug

1826

$793AUD

An exceptional George IV sterling silver creamer jug crafted in 1826 by renowned London silversmith William M. Traise. Elegantly proportioned and classically styled, this fine antique piece features a reeded girdle, beautifully detailed leaf-decorated handle, and stands proudly on four ball feet. The interior is lightly gilded, adding a warm contrast to the polished silver exterior.

Fully hallmarked to the base with the lion passant for sterling silver, the crowned leopard's head for London, date letter 'l' for 1826, and maker's mark W.M. for William M. Traise. The piece is in excellent antique condition with no dents, damage, or repairs — only the most minimal surface wear consistent with age.

This is a wonderful collector’s item or an elegant addition to any refined tea service.
