Vintage Royal Crown Derby Derby Posies Fine Bone China Egg Cups

A charming vintage set of four Royal Crown Derby fine bone china egg cups in the much-loved Derby Posies pattern, dating to the Second World War period, circa 1940–1945. Each egg cup features a softly fluted body, a gently shaped rim and delicate gilt edging, complemented by colourful floral sprays on a white ground.

The principal decoration includes pink roses and smaller blossoms in soft shades of red, purple and green, while additional floral sprays appear on the reverse. The four egg cups display beautifully together and retain the light, refined character associated with vintage Royal Crown Derby tableware.

The undersides bear dark green Royal Crown Derby wartime backstamps with the registration number RD No. 839892.
