The upper and lower borders are adorned with traditional lotus petal motifs, showcasing detailed repoussé work. A heart-shaped silver mark with “90” purity is struck on the base, indicating high-grade silver, typical of colonial Burmese craftsmanship from regions like Moulmein or Rangoon.
